How long until I receive my order?

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to process. Once your order has shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Normal shipping times vary due to location. Please allow US shipping of 3-5 days and 7-14 business days internationally. Please note, PurelyWHITE DELUXE  is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by, but not limited to, the following: customs, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation, or transfers from USPS to international mail carriers.

Will I be updated on my order status?

Every order receives an confirmation email/text, followed by a shipping confirmation email/text. If you applied the incorrect email please contact our customer service team at contact@purelywhitedeluxe.com and we will manually change your email and resend your items shipment details. 

My parcel says delivered but it's not?

If your parcel says it’s delivered but seems to be missing, please have a look around your property to see if it was misplaced out of sight. Please check around all entrances, including around the garage. You can also check with friends/family members that live with you. Try asking your neighbours if they picked up the package for you.
If the package is still not found, the carrier that delivered the parcel or local post office is the next best place to contact.
